This document governs the use of the MyVitality.co.nz (“MyVitality”) Web Site.
This Agreement can be accessed at any time by clicking on the link in the footer of any page of the website. By using the site, you are accepting the following terms and conditions.
When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.
Orders will be accepted by MyVitality for delivery in New Zealand and Australia. Payment is to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from the use of this site is made subject to these terms and conditions and governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Products may be added to or removed from the website from time to time. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising from inaccurate information contained on the website, every reasonable effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and are inclusive of GST if any. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay. You may pay by Debit cards, Mastercard or Visa or internet banking or LayBuy, or Afterpay. No order shall be shipped until such time as payment has been made in cleared funds.
Products displayed on the MyVitality site can be purchased using secure merchant services. Your transaction and credit card details are not entered or recorded on our Site, you will be seamlessly transferred to the encrypted secure service to enter your Credit Card details for processing. Once we receive confirmation from the merchant services that your transaction has been approved, we will then process your order and ship your goods.
Our redeem codes will not automatically give you a rebate. This will be due to stock availability and demand.
MyVitality does not collect or store any full credit card information.
MyVitality New Zealand delivery service is prompt and efficient. We use NZ CourierPost for New Zealand deliveries and DHL for Australian deliveries.
Delivery time within New Zealand is generally 2-5 working days although rural delivery can take longer. Delivery time for Australia is between 4 to 6 working days.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of order, as tracking beyond this time is not practical. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
We ship internationally to Australia, Hong Kong, Mexico, India, Pakistan, Fiji, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vietnam
Please make sure you are aware of your region’s tax laws as you will be responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes incurred at the border.
You will be sent an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped, but you can contact us to help you at any time.
For Australian orders over NZD$150 qualify for free shipping. For orders less than NZD$150 the rate is NZD$15
For USA, Canada and Mexico orders over NZD$300 qualify for free shipping. For orders less than NZD$300 the shipping cost is NZD$40
For other Asia/Pacific countries that we ship to orders over NZD$250 qualify for free shipping. For orders less than NZD$250 the rate is NZD$30
Shipping rates may vary during promotion time. We will display the updated shipping rates on our website.
International orders are shipped using tracked, signature required international courier service. These parcels usually arrive within 5-7 days of processing.
Goods are at our risk until the goods leave our premises for delivery to the address given in your purchase order.
MyVitality offers a 30 day money back refund or replacement if you are not fully satisfied with our products. In order to receive such refund or replacement you must return all unused or partially used products or used containers and the receipt for such order within 30 days from receipt of your order. This refund policy only applies to individual purchases and MyVitality reserves its rights to refuse such refund or replacement if it, in its sole discretion considers that you are abusing this refund policy.
MyVitality will replace any goods, which fail to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, MyVitality excludes all:
Warranties, conditions and representation whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to the site, your use of the Website and the information, products supplied, offered to be supplied or advertised or accessed through the site; and

Discount: With your subscription you receive a discount of 8% on top of any “buy more and save” discount.
How it works: With your subscription, you will be sent your chosen products in the regular intervals that you have chosen. You will be charged for the product when it has been sent out using your saved payment method.
