A human study to evaluate the anti-aging effect and safety of NMN has been carried out in a double-blind, parallel, randomised controlled clinical trial. The results showed and significant increase in the levels on NAD+ in the cells of the NMN group over the placebo group as well as improvements in walk endurance.
