Harvard Study: NMN Cuts Weight, Cholesterol, and Blood Pressure in Overweight Adults

A new Harvard study has found that NMN supplementation can help overweight and obese adults lose weight, lower cholesterol, and reduce diastolic blood pressure.

The Harvard study looked at the effects of NMN supplementation on 100 overweight and obese adults. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either a placebo or 2,000 mg of NMN daily for 28 days.

At the end of the study, the NMN group had lost significantly more weight, had lower total cholesterol and LDL (bad) cholesterol levels, and had lower diastolic blood pressure than the placebo group.

The study’s authors concluded that NMN supplementation is a promising treatment for overweight and obese adults who are looking to improve their weight, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
